First Skalapp DV Installation in Hungary

We are pleased to announce the successful delivery and commissioning of a complete Skalapp DV weighing solution for a TESAB TS1550 2 Deck Scalper at a customer site in Hungary.

The project was delivered in cooperation with our trusted partner, CGE Systems, who were approached by the customer with a clear objective: accurately measure production on all three conveyors and provide management with detailed performance insights to support maximum operational efficiency.

After evaluating the requirements, the choice naturally fell on Skalapp DV. The system combines robust onboard weighing technology with advanced cloud-based analytics, creating a scalable solution that can grow alongside customer needs.

The customer benefits from:

• Weighing of all three conveyors on the TESAB TS1550
• Compact and durable weighing frames designed for demanding operating environments
• Distributed weighing electronics installed close to the sensors, minimizing signal noise and maximizing measurement accuracy
• Reduced hardware footprint, helping to minimize exposure to accidental damage
• Centralized operation through a single display unit managing all installed scales
• Seamless connectivity to Skalapp Online, our cloud platform used by the vast majority of Skalapp customers for production monitoring and performance analysis

The complete system was installed and commissioned in August, and we are delighted that the customer is already benefiting from the enhanced visibility of machine performance and production data.

Fully localized

To ensure the best possible user experience, both the scale interface and the Skalapp Online platform were fully localized into Hungarian. Operators and managers can therefore work with the system in their native language from day one.

While every installation is important to us, this project represents a particularly meaningful milestone as it marks the first Skalapp DV deployment in Hungary. We are grateful for the trust placed in our technology by both the customer and our partner, CGE Systems.
