The heart of Skalapp’s industry-leading accuracy is its stainless steel, digital pressure transducers with temperature monitoring, which are fully certified by PTB. And to account for machinery on inclines or uneven ground, an inclination sensor is used to prevent weighing on excessive incline angles. All components are the highest quality for increased durability and a long service life.

All measurements are processed by advanced electronics and sent to a rugged 8” Android tablet terminal with touch screen for monitoring and displaying all parameters. The terminal interface is optimized for high visibility and readability, so machine operators can see all important information at a glance.

Skalapp does not require interaction by machine operators, so their full attention remains on each and every load. Material weighing, printing of weighing data and sending all data to the cloud. Everything is carried out automatically by Skalapp.

Skalapp can be installed on a full spectrum of old and new wheeled loaders and forklifts, from a wide range of manufacturers.

Skalapp provides you with full access to data from each of your loaders, at any location, with its Skalapp Online service. All data is streamed in real-time to the cloud and displayed on your mobile device, laptop or desktop computer. Installation of software is not required.
