Processing of personal data

The personal data provided will be processed by the company VETRA International, s.r.o., ID: 63506670, with registered office at Pod Korábem 727, 345 06 Kdyně, as a personal data administrator, pursuant to Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data and according to the requirements of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

I acknowledge that according to the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) I have:

• The right to be informed about what personal data the administrator processes about me
• The right to access your personal data, the right to update or correct it
• the right to correct or delete your personal data, or restrict their processing,
• the right to object to the processing of personal data, to complain to the supervisory authority and so on
• the right to portability of your personal data

The Administrator declares that:

• All processed personal data is properly protected. It entrusts the processing of personal data only to trusted processors with whom it has concluded contracts for the processing of personal data in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
• It does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organization It processes personal data by its own means, using mechanical, electronic and organizational means of security to protect them, there is no automatic individual decision-making or profiling
